Vivid Sydney - Nula
In a group with 2 other students, I created a projection piece for Vivid Sydney specifically for Sydney University's Quadrangle. Nula (Nuh-lah) meaning "here, there, everywhere" was designed to combine the themes of aboriginal astronomy, biomedical science and the International Year of Light.
My Role: Concept Designer, Visual Designer, Researcher, Project Manager
Team: Worked in a team with 1 Designer, 1 Developer, 1 Musician and the indigenous artists in the Eora Tafe program

Aboriginal Dot Painting of the Quadrangle
The aboriginal dot painting of the quadrangle was done by the aboriginal artists at EORA TAFE at my request. It depicts the elements of the land in warm reds and yellows and elements of the sea in cool blues and greens. In the projection artwork itself, these two elements were brought in individually.
Nula Logo
I designed a logo for the projection that utilised the painted dots to recreate the water serpent present on the building. The logo can also be animated to have the snake appear and flicker its tongue.
