Responsibilities:
B2B Sydney: Researching and Designing features and updates for the Supplier facing NSP website that communicates and populates the traveller facing Viator.com. Working with PMs and Engineers to ensure insights and designs are carried through the whole process to launch.
B2C London: Facilitating Discovery Research as well as usability testing for the Traveller facing Viator website in order to inform future strategic decisions in the company. Working with Designers, PMs and Engineers to ensure insights are carried through the whole process to launch.

Responsibilities:
Designing products for a wide audience (multigenerational users). Responsibilities included designing specific features from research and ideation phases through to handover to development and launch. I was also responsible for collating user research from app reviews to develop summary dashboards and flows as well as using eye tracking software to facilitate user testing.

Responsibilities:
Bug testing of VR experiences, identification of UX/UI issues, the research and creation of small VR experiences and the design of graphics for the office arcade machine.
Skills:
Practical experience in applying design and UX/UI principles, and in development and project management. The internship also gave me experience in designing for a virtual space and exposure to working in a startup environment.
Achievements:
Creation of a simple VR experience for viewing Sculptures by the Sea in a virtual space, the design of the company arcade machine and creation of the demo experience reel for clients and application assets.

Responsibilities:
Teaching and demonstrating a human-centered approach to the design of interactive technologies and environments to 1st year student. I was teaching and assessing students in the theoretical concepts of design, identifying and reframing the problem space, using user research, ideation, prototyping and user evaluation and how to communicate design proposals through visual storytelling.
Skills:
To be able to teach and assist students I developed an excellent understanding of the concepts and tools used in user-centered design and the ability to problem solve and communicate effectively.
Achievements:
I received excellent feedback from students and senior staff on my performance.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for design of promotional material and merchandising, user experience research, audit of digital resources and making and implementing recommendations for better use of digital technologies.
Skills:
Experience in applying UX/UI concepts and tools in a real-life situation, practical experience in marketing, database management and project management. Experience in working in a small business environment.
Achievements:
Creation of posters to be used to advertise wildbrumby’s new gin product, creation of images used on social media to promote various events and campaigns, design of the cover and contents of a recipe and art book, design of displays for wholesalers based on wholesale marketing research and design of brand aligned merchandise.
